We would like to thank all students and teachers for your endless support and hard work in making it all possible. This year's Petrosains Science Show Competition will be the final instalment. Goodbyes are never easy especially with all the peals of laughter, tears of joy, and the good times we had shared for the past 12 years together.
Until we meet again, all the best everyone! We will miss you.
Don't forget to catch this year's PSSC show on ASTRO TVIQ. Stay tuned for the latest updates and details on our Facebook page.
Introduced in 2009, the Petrosains Science Show Competition is a platform where students can learn and explore science through creative means, an avenue where science meets performing arts! Now in its 11th and final year, the competition is also supported by the Co-Curricular and Arts Division of the Ministry of Education and sponsored by Bank Islam.
Participants are required to present a scientific concept and showcase an experiment or demonstration to illustrate the concept, either individually or in teams of two in a 15-minute performance on stage.
The competition is opened to all secondary school students nationwide and the teams who have submitted their entries will go through a stringent selection process. The top 10 teams will then compete in the grand finals.
The winners of this competition stand a chance to win cash prizes and an all-expenses paid educational trip to South Korea! The school with the most number of entries will also win a cash award for submitting the highest number of participation.
Congratulations to all winners! Watch the full performance on our our Petrosains Science Show Competition FB page.
