JOB PURPOSE
To strategise, plan and manage the digital marketing and communications strategy in promoting and increasing the business through platforms growth using suitable and effective means and tools across the digital networks, including but not limited to the websites, social platforms, and other relevant digital platforms, in promoting the brand offerings, products, and programs to the targeted segment, in line with the brand guideline and company direction, and managing and strategising the operations of Petrosains PIXEL Studio and relevant content production that comes with it
 
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Digital Communications ​
  • Strategise, build, plan and manage the overall digital communications platforms, ensuring the traffic and engagement growth in increasing the brand awareness, tracking & analyses the insights and data, enabling the brand messaging through suitable format on the platforms, managing the social community for the brand and promoting the brands’ products, sales, offerings, and programs, in line with the brand guidelines and company’s direction​
Digital Marketing
  • Strategise, build, plan and manage the overall digital marketing, through various means and tools, stay up to date with the latest best practices, manage and oversee the various digital marketing channels which includes but not limited to websites, targeted ads, digital media boost, social platforms and etc., the digital marketing budget, content driven marketing, tracking & analyses the insights and data, establish an inbound digital marketing plan, organize, and lead the team in achieving the business goals and objectives which include but not limited to effective paid media to boost the growth and traffic on digital platforms in delivering the reach and conversion through strategic media buy, which includes but not limited to banners, social platforms, pay-per-click, keywords buy and etc., in achieving business goals and objectives.​
Content Production​
  • Strategise, build and align suitable and effective content for digital platforms consumptions in promoting and communicating the brand’s offerings and messages, based on insights and data, popular trends and concepts, smooth execution of the content production, oversee the studio and equipment arrangement, managing the budget to fit the objective of the content production, applicable for both promotional and learning content.
Web and App Management
  • Strategise and manage websites of the company in ensuring all the information, offerings, programs and promotions reach the intended group by having the content up on time, optimize the website performance, recommending best practice, develop tracking or monitoring system, analyse the website data for informed decisions, ensuring content are up to date with no downtime, managing the server, SSL, domain, SEO & SEM, meta tag & data and other technical specs of the website, in ensuring the user will be able to access the necessary information at any point of time and increase brand visibility at the same time.
Collaborations
  • Collaborate with internal and other relevant stakeholders in establishing the common objectives of the project and deliverables by identifying necessary task and processes to deliver the project.
Supporting Functions
  • Align and integrate with other digital marketing and communications functions in delivering the intended outcomes, including but not limited to training and assisting the team members to deliver their scopes of work, and managing the overall budget and administrating the necessary arrangement as required by the company.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Degree in Communications or other similar fields.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience preferably in marketing & communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience in leading and managing the team.
  • Experience in digital marketing and communications.
  • Experience in content productions.
  • Experience in social platforms management.
  • Experience in paid media management.
  • Portfolio of work is required

JOB PURPOSE

To manage and maintain harmonious employee relations by handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and compliance with labor laws while supporting effective communication between employees and management.
 
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
Disciplinary Management: ​
  • Responsible for all Industrial Relations activities at company, including disciplinary actions, grievances, counseling, misconduct and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. ​
  • To execute disciplinary actions for all misconducts inconsistent with the fulfillment of the expressed or implied conditions of service, inefficiency, indiscipline, negligence or any breach of the terms and conditions of the policies of the company.  ​
  • Work with the HODs with respect to disciplinary action required, including preparation of documents, investigation of any misconduct, issuance of reprimand letters, scheduling hearings, and attendance at hearings. ​
  • Collate evidence and compile documents for Industrial Court and Labour Court cases.
Employee Grievances:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations and company policies. ​
  • Advise management on industrial relations matters and potential risks.
  • Keep abreast of changes in the employment laws or the latest judicial precedents on dispute resolution on matters related to the employment laws. ​
Communication and Engagement: 
  • Facilitate effective communication between employees, management, and labor unions (if applicable).​
  • Promote positive employee relations through engagement programs and initiatives. ​​
Reporting and Documentation: ​
  • Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions, grievances, and resolutions.
  • Prepare reports on industrial relations activities and trends for management review
  • Ensure proper and organized record keeping for digital and physical documentations.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a relevant field. ​
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Relations or Human Resources.​
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations practices. ​
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.​
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism​
