For newly-minted parents travelling with a young child is both an exciting and a nerve-racking experience. With us you can simply sit back, relax and enjoy a family holiday with your new little bundle of joy. The wide range of facilities at the Petrosains means that everything necessary for the well-being and comfort of you and your child is here at the ready.
Baby Care
We provide special rooms for the convenience of nursing mothers, complete with sofa with back rest, power socket and washing facilities for the breastfeeding mothers to feed their babies in a comfortable, quiet environment and privacy.
Parent Resting Area
We have comfortable resting areas for parent to take a break during the visit. Seating and resting areas can be found throughout the centre.
Prayer Room/Surau
We have prayer room at our centre for the convenience of our Muslim patrons.
Facilities For Mobility Impairment Visitors
Petrosains is committed to providing a fully accessible experience for all including visitors with mobility impairment. We always try to keep the specially-abled in mind by making our Centre friendly to their needs. Our friendly Customer Relations Officers are ready to give a helping hand to anyone who requires assistance especially the elderly and specially-abled.
Special Needs Toilet
We have fully wheelchair accessible toilet which is specially designed and to accommodate visitors who have additional needs.
Special Needs Assistance
If you have a disability or require additional assistance at the centre, it is advisable to give as much notice as possible. This way we can ensure you receive the assistance you require.
Other Facilities For Your Ease
Sick Bay
First aid is always available for emergency cases or if you feel unwell. Trained employees are on hand at all times.
Locker
Having bags with you? Lockers are available for you to store your bags. Approximate capacity 10L and below only.
Escalator/Elevator
All levels of the SURIA building are reachable by elevator and escalator. Take the central SURIA bubble lift to Level 4. You will see Petrosains is in front of you.
Parking
Parking bays for physically-challenged guests are available. These parking bays are on a first-come, first-served basis and normal parking charges apply.
ATMs
Several wheelchair-accessible ATMs are available throughout the Suria KLCC
Lost & Found
If you are in the centre, lost property queries can be made at the reception desk near the entrance.
